Guacamole
This will be my go-to guacamole recipe -- it is excellent just the way it's written. For a little more kick, though, I might use freshly minced jalapeno instead of the cayenne.

Spicy Glazed Pecans
Just the glazed pecan recipe I was looking for! Easy and tasty, but I used 2 TB water and 1/8 c sugar to avoid the cloudy, sugar clumping. Just a sweet sheen on the pecans. Thanks!

Extreme Chocolate Cake
This is the EXACT recipe on the back of the Hershey cocoa container. Ironically, the quality of Hershey cocoa doesn't impart the best chocolate flavor and adds a grainy feeling to the frosting. I made this recipe using a higher quality cocoa powder and fresh brewed coffee in place of the boiling water and it tastes great. The moistness is wonderful, but it is a wee bit dense. I'd definitely make it again though.
