Banana Banana Bread
This was my first attempt at making any kind of banana bread. I'd only tasted store-bought stuff before, but my friends motivated me to try this recipe since I love to bake, and I love this! We all loved it! I only made half a batch, (since I only had half the required flour >.>;;) but we would've had banana left over, so I added the remainder of it, resulting in around 4 tablespoons extra mashed 'nanner. The product is a nice, squishy bread! Beware before taking a big bite of a fresh one, the 'nanas stay hot!! Thanks for a great, simple recipe!
