Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This was great. The first time I made it I used a lighter beer and last night I used Fat Tire which was excellent! Instead of using a can of french onion soup I used a packet and added two cups of beef broth. I turned out great.

Love it, easy to make (even for a guy) a little harder to do in a BBQ then in an oven and it takes a lot longer in the BBQ. However on a ceader pland its friggin awesome!
