I reside in Florida, have been cooking most of my life, I have a 15 yr old teenage son and a husband, both guys are named Ronald :) I love to cook, I have cooked professionally all my life and do alot of cooking and entertaining at home. If I had to pick one favorite, it would be Beef Wellington with Sauce Madeira. All Holidays in my home is festive and our traditions have been passed along through the generations. I hope I will be able to offer some good family recipes to all of you. Since I have worked professionally, I have enjoyed many triumps in the kitchen. Cooking is a way of life to many, I am fortunate to have this opportunity for so long. When I was 14 years old I was practicing in the kitchen and made dinner for my Mom and Dad. The meatloaf turned out pretty good but I didn't know I had to snip the ends off the fresh green beans. That wasn't too funny to me at the time, I was embarrassed but they loved the meal, even the burned mashed potatoes :)
