Brunch Strata
Fixed this for a brunch today and it got rave reviews from everyone.I fixed it exactly as called for except I cut the recipe in half as there were only 4 of us for brunch. I also used red and yellow peppers for color. This is definitely a "keeper". Thanks so much for sharing!

Prawn Nasi Goreng
I tried this receipe because I needed a fast and easy dinner the other night and I had the shrimp on hand. I substituted bell pepper, mushrooms and snow peas because those were the veggies I had. It was terrific! My husband, who is a very fussy man, asked for seconds. This is a keeper!

Butter Roast Chicken
This has become our favorite roast chicken Sunday dinner. I use a whole roaster chicken, make half-again as much sauce, and baste the chicken every 20 minutes while roasting. It stays very moist! Once the chicken is done, I use the pan sauce to thicken for gravy... YUMMY!
