Spicy Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2009
Delicious! I really wasn't expecting to like these as much as I did. I thought the soy sauce would be overpowering, but it really blended nicely with all the other flavors. I did cut down on the garlic and omitted the salt. Really good. Thank you! :)

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
Good! I did freeze my tofu overnight, then let it thaw on the counter for about 30 minutes before patting dry. The tofu had a nice texture. Followed the recipe other than that, except I added some mushrooms to the sauce and used fresh basil. My fiance really enjoyed this, so I'm a happy camper. Thanks :)

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Very good! Only change I made was to use Neufatchel in place of the cream cheese. I probably wouldn't use the lemon pepper again on this, but that's just my tastes. Thanks for sharing :)

Eggplant -- Easy, Good and Tasty

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Excellent! I did sweat my eggplant for about a half an hour because I was worried they would be soggy. Two very minor tweaks... I used seasoned breadcrumbs and shredded parmesan instead of grated. Great flavor, crunchy coating. Yum! Thanks :)

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Good! Simple to throw together and tasty. I didn't want to have rub mixture left over so I scaled that way down. Thanks :)

Garlic Butter Green Beans

Perfect! I don't have a steamer basket so I just boiled the beans, drained, then mixed in with the garlic butter. Thanks for sharing! :)

Grilled Garlic Artichokes

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Very good! I do think it's odd that the instructions don't mention to remove the choke, some cooks might not know that they should do that. Anyway, next time I think I would boil the artichokes for longer and only grill long enough to put a little char on them. Great flavor though. Thanks! :)

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
Excellent recipe. Simple and the finished product is divine. The peanut butter flavor is just right... not too strong, but definitely there. I used this to frost Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever from this site. Great combination. Thanks! :)

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
LTH, you've done it again! These rock! I frosted some with chocolate frosting, some with peanut butter frosting (Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting from this site), and some I swirled with both kinds. Very, very good. I love the little layer of gooey goodness in there. Thanks! :)

Drunk Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
Very good! I love beer can chicken, but I usually use my own blend of spices and some other ingredients. Followed the ingredients for this recipe, but I used a gas grill and a roasting apparatus to make it a bit easier. This was very tasty. I did baste a couple times with olive oil. Thanks! :)

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
Fantastic! This is the best zucchini bread I have ever had. The only changes I made were to only use 1/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup applesauce, just because I ran out of oil, and added pecans instead of walnuts. This bread is super moist, has amazing flavor, and the texture is perfect. Mine did need about 60 minutes in the oven. Thank you for sharing this with us! :)

Olive-Cucumber Tossed Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
Very good, but the Creole seasoning kind of disappeared in the Italian dressing, so it really didn't have much of a kick to it at all. Loved the saltiness of the olives with the cucumber though. Thanks! :)
