Tangy Dill Potato Salad

Good! I wasn't sure about this at first, but it was a hit with everyone I served it to tonight. The flavor does get better the longer it sits. I used dried dill, as I didn't have any fresh on hand. Thanks :)

Herbal Tuna Salad

Very good! I loved the flavor combinations in this. The lemon was very subtle, but refreshing. I've never been one to enjoy egg in my tuna salad, so I omitted that. Thanks! :)

Basic Chicken Salad

Good! It was a little more mayo than I would have liked, but it was tasty. I seasoned chicken breasts with thyme and baked to use in this. Nice and simple, just what I wanted. Thanks! :)

Garden Pasta Salad

Very good. This is a great recipe for potlucks, cookouts, etc. because it appeals to most. I made a big batch of it for my fiance to take to work and the container came home completely empty. Only changes were to omit the onions, went a little easy on the dressing, and used halved grape tomatoes. Thanks!

Cardamom Chicken with Salt and Pepper Crust

I really wanted to like this, but I was disappointed. I'm not sure if it was the cardamom/soy sauce or the cardamom/chicken combination that turned me off so much, but whatever it was, it just didn't work for me. Sorry, I won't make this again, but thanks for sharing! :)

Cool Cucumber Salsa

Fantastic! This recipe is beyond five stars in my book. Don't skip the dill! It gives this salsa such a great variety of flavors. The only change I made was to omit the onion. I served it with Hint of Lime Tostitos and it was a match made in heaven. I will make this again and again, thank you!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Fantastic! I did use Neufatchel cheese and a little more than called for. I also added a few more spices. Topped with black olives, diced tomatoes, and sour cream (as mentioned in the introduction), as well as chopped cilantro. I did spread some taco sauce on the bottom of the dish, as I was afraid of the shells drying out during baking. I stuffed the shells early in the day, refrigerated, then let them sit on the counter to warm up a bit while the oven preheated. Turned out great. We loved these, thank you! :)

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread

Good! My only complaint is that it was a little greasy, but that could very well have been the brand of pizza dough I used. I'll make this again next time I have leftover homemade pizza dough. This was a nice change from the usual garlic bread. Thanks! :)

Banana Cranberry Bread

This is very good bread, but it's a little too sweet for my tastes. I halved the recipe to make just one loaf and it turned out very well. I chopped up some frozen cranberries and added those to the batter. I did forget to add the nuts (oops). Thank you! :)

Greek Garlic-Lemon Potatoes

Delicious! I was short on time so I made sure to cut my potatoes into fairly small chunks to speed up the cooking process. The only change I made was to add chicken broth instead of water. Topped with feta before serving. We loved them, thank you! :)

Spanish Rice Bake

Very good. I didn't have enough chile sauce, so I used tomato sauce to make up the rest. I also used a can of Rotel to add some spice and used just a pinch of brown sugar. Great topped with a dollop of sour cream. Loved it, thank you! :)

Green Sauce Enchiladas

Good base recipe, but easily modified into a delicious dish. I knew this was going to be a bit plain for our tastes so I added a few things. To the rice, I added a clove of garlic (minced) while sauteeing the rice in the butter. To the enchilada filling, I added a can of diced green chiles, replaced the can of corn with Mexi-Corn, and added a few dollops of sour cream. I also used a shredded mix of Colby and Monterey Jack, as that's what I had on hand. Turned out great. Thanks for sharing :)

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Delicious! The only thing I changed was to season the chops with black pepper before breading. These had great flavor throughout. The outside had a perfect crunch to it, while the meat was juicy and tender. We loved these, thank you! :)
