Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
I did improvise a little. I don't like chicken in a can so I boiled three large boneless chicken breasts and set them aside and I used the 2 cups of chicken broth to cook the 2 cups of rice in. While I was cooking the rice I shredded the chicken. I used extra sharp shredded cheddar instead of the processed cheese food and I left out the cream of chicken. It was fabulous. Thank you.
