I thought that these are extremely easy to make. However, I didn't like the texture. It was so soft that it tasted as if I took a spoonful of peanut butter straight from the jar, just sweeter from the sugar. I love peanut butter from the jar, but NOT that sweet. I used only 2/3 of the sugar. I won't be making them again but thank you for the recipe.

My 17 year old teens made this recipe. We did not like these brownies very much. They were OK but NOT worth all the calories or bother.

This is great with Brown rice and ony 1 cup mayo. I also added more veges to make it more of a side dish: 1/4 c fresh peas, 1/2 c canned or fresh corn kernals, 1/8 c chopped sun-dried/marinated tomatoes. Everyone asked for this recipe. It was a BIG hit!
