Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

5+++++ This is truly the best thing I have made from this site. Followed the recipe to the tee except I doubled the chipotle mayo slaw because it was so good. I did half the amount of cilantro because I am not a huge fan. Definitely a keeper!!!!

This was good but not worth all the effort. It took alot more flour than stated. Was still sticky after adding more and more!

Big M's Spicy Lime Grilled Prawns

Liked it but the pepper gave it a weird taste. I used a Serrano. The lime did not bother me at all. I am going to try it without the pepper and try either curry or honey next time.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were not good at all. They came out more cakelike and not sweet at all. I agree to cut down on the flour by one cup and add more PB. At least a cup more. I will not make these again!

Pumpkin Ravioli with Hazelnut Cream Sauce

This was not as hard as everyone said. I did use the stuffed shells instead of ravioli. I also added asiago cheese 1/2 cup to the sauce and 86ed the sorrell. (couldn't find it anywhere). I also couldn't find hazelnuts. So i got frangelica liquor (1/2 cup) and boiled it on the stove top to burn off the alcohol and poured the syrup in the sauce. It was great. I then toasted pecans and put that over top as I served it. baked the shells with sauce in the oven for about 15 min at 350 then sprinkled parmesan cheese on top and baked unitl cheese was melted. Highly recommend

Banana Banana Bread

I thought the recipe was easy. I did do some additions to the recipe. I added tsp of vanilla extract, tsp of cinnamon sugar,i can of blueberries and 1/2 cup of pecans. Then frosted it with cream cheese frosting that I got from the web site. garnish with blueberries and nuts Holy cow it was good.
