Chicken Pepper Steak
This was very good! The whole family (all six kiddos) loved it! I was thinking of leaving out the tomato because it sounded weird to me but I was glad I included it. The only substitution I made was chicken broth for the water. Thanks for giving us another family favorite!

Barbecued Round Steak
We all liked this one very much! It was very easy to make and had a great flavor. I doubled the sauce and used tomato paste with some water because I didn't have any juice. I also added some sweet onion that I browned with the meat at first and simmered with the sauce- just because I had a half an onion that needed using. Very good easy dinner.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
This was a winner! I used ketchup like many others because it was open and in the fridge. Also, I didn't have any parsley so used fresh basil and I cut way down on the hot sauce because I was cooking for the kids too. Everyone loved it! I will reserve a little more marinade next time because we used it for a sauce on the pasta I served with it which was great.
