Spicy Grilled Shrimp
This was so quick and delicious! I might cut the amount of salt a bit but the entire family polished it off fast! I served it with couscous and steamed broccoli and french bread. Very easy!

Chicken Quesadillas and Fiesta Rice
As is is pretty bland but I added 1 can of black beans, drained, and some chili powder and extra cumin. Really added a great taste and fiber from the beans. My family really loves them this way!

Applesauce Drop Doughnuts
These are delicious! I divided the recipe to make 20. I threw these together very quickly when my Dad came to visit yesterday... he loved them and my husband and son loved them also... I added extra nutmeg and mace! Not too sweet
