We thought the onions tasted rubbery, we would have been happier placing the onions on top like a traditional burger an dthen they would have been cripy like we like them. In addition, we woul dhave needed a lot of the sauce to have the full flavor and that would have resulted in mushy burgers. Just a matter of preference I guess, but sounded amazing!

This was delicious - my husband loved it & so did I. For a lighter version next time I will make single sevings in a cupcake tin!
