Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This was my first time baking cheesecake and it turned out perfect! I also did not have time to let it cool in the oven for 5-6 hours so I baked it in a water bath for the hour recommended then turned the heat off and left in the oven for only 2 hours. Everyone loved it! I will be making this often:)

Peanut Butter Fudge IV
This fudge was very easy to make. I was afraid that I would over cook it and it would become brittle and dry, so I didn't cook it for quite 3 minutes. I was worried when it was taking a long time to "set up" while cooling, but it turned out very creamy and yummy! Will make again!
