Mashed Potato Casserole
This is a very tasty version of mashed potatoes and it doesn't require as much work as traditional mashed potatoes. I accidentally left mine lumpy but the time in the oven softened it all up.

Potato Spinach Casserole
I made this exactly as written and it was not only a colorful and attractive way to serve mashed potatoes but it was also very tasty! I added some crumbled bacon to the cheese topping and that went over really well!

White Gelatin
I served this with fruit jello as a topping and everyone loved it! It was also a hit as a dip for fresh strawberries.
