Grandma Zauner's Dobosh Torte

Excellent! My cakes fit perfectly in two cake pans. I also did not cut the layers in half (they were too spongey to cut with a thread.) Otherwise I followed the directions exactly. Everyone loved this cake!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Having never tried soda bread before I was a little surprised about how biscuitty this was. It was tasty and healthier than normal biscuits so I think this will become my new biscuit recipe.

English Muffins

These were so fun! mine did not come out with as many holes as I would have liked though :( more bagel like. My husband said he liked them better than store bought muffins.
