Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
This salad is great! I add Granny Smith apples cut into small chunks and thin slivers around the top to decorate. I also use half gorgonzola and half blue cheese, and use italian vinaigrette - leaving out the extra oil and vinegar in this recipe. This salad is my favorite!!!

Venison Wraps
This is our favorite way to eat backstrap! Use fresh jalapenos sliced and half with seeds removed instead of pickled for a little less heat. DELICIOUS!
