About this Cook
I am married to an Air Force Ssgt. I seperated from the AF two years ago to raise our daugther. She is 14months old. I am a stay at home mother who fills my time with cooking healthy and playing with my family.
My favorite things to cook
Anything healthy that tastes good! I also love to bake. I love greek food and I love to cook greek food. I love it so much that I even married a greek man.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have an old cook book from my great grandmother from Norway. It has all of her old hand writing. I love to cook from it.
My cooking triumphs
We just bought a smoker and we are smoking all of our own meats, which I never thought that I could do.
My cooking tragedies
Third degree burns from the oven just a few weeks ago. But the Rubard pie came out so good! Now I have a nice scar on my wrist.

Beef Teriyaki
Outstanding, the family loved it. I can not wait to make it again. I did not make any changes to the recipe, it was perfect. Thank you.

Chicken Fried Steak
This was injoyable. I have never eaten or made chicken fried steak before, and this was a very good first timer. Very easy to follow. My husband who loves CFS said that this was a very good recipe, he loved the gravy. Thank you so much.

Chili Cumin Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This was a really great recipe. Cumin is my new favortie spice! I made some red rice and beans with the chicken and it was an outstanding dinner. I skipped the cilantro (do not have it on Guam!) and it was missed, but will still make this again. Thank you, good job.
