Coconut Shrimp I
These turned out perfect! EVERYONE loved them! But what I did differently was:i seasoned and marinated the shrimp in pine apple juice to give it a little more something. Didn't ude the beer and i used a little more then 1 egg (LOL). But these were a hit!

Fruit Dip II
This fruit dip went so well with strawberries and nectarines. I also added cool whip and pineapple juice to the dip to add a little extra something. It was great and simple!

Garlic Spinach Balls
I'm not much of a spinach fan, however, the guests loved these! And it was super easy to make and affordable.
