Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This recipe was phenomenal! I did one of the different crusts suggested, with extra cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and then used crushed maple pecans as well. I was a little too afraid of overbeating, and ended up with a lumpy batter - but the top was solid! I also should have double wrapped the pan in foil for the water bath. Some of the water got in and made a mushy crust. But I can't wait to try it again!
