Creamy Tomato-Basil Soup
I made this soup for a friend coming for lunch and we both truly enjoyed the flavour. I used a can of tomatoes to cut my time. I pureed the soup, but I didn't stain it so that it would be more heartier. Will make again and again.

Mango Chutney
I have been looking for a great Mango chutney recipe, now I can stop looking. I downsized the recipe to 60 and used 15 min. for step 1 and step 2 when adding the mango's I cooked them for about 35 mins. After reading everyone's comments, I reduced the sugar to 1 cup of white and 1 cup of brown and added 6 cups of mango. This is a keeper!

Red Cabbage and Apples
I have been trying to find the recipe that is the same as my late mother-in-law's. The only thing I did different was I remembered a bay leaf was added to the pot while the cabbage was cooking and then removed near the end. This is perfect with goose, duck or poulty.
