Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Very delicious! I also use minced garlic instead of whole cloves. It's always a big hit and always requested at parties. It makes a lot too.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

I didn't make any alterations except to add shrimp that I cooked with Cajun seasoning. It was really great, and it makes a lot of leftovers.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

The macaroni is extremely delicious, but I added one and a half cup milk so it was cheesier and didn't dry out for leftovers. Don't be turned away by sour cream/cottage cheese... it's delicious!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

This is a great simple dish to have for any occasion. I've used it for football tailgates, but I recommend keeping the salsa on the side because it tends to get runny after about an hour.
