Mom's Rum Cake
Absolutely delish!! The only thing I changed was I used vanilla rum and coconut rum. I took it to work and it disappeared quickly.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
My husband loved it!! It was a bit rich so next time I may decrease the cream cheeses a bit.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
Nice blend of spices in this bread. I thought it had a nice subtle taste of both the pumlin and the gingerbread; neither was overwhelming. Very moist and tasted great with cream cheese frosting. I'll be making this agian for sure.
