Caramel Apple Pork Chops
would definitely double the ingredients for the sauce as there was hardly any left to cover the pork

Ranch Burgers
Thank you SO::: much for this recipe! I made these delicious babies for the 4th of July and they were sensational!! I only had 1.25 pounds of beef and I think that that works better than using 2 pounds so that the flavors are more intense, in a good way. Just about everybody had 2 burgers each and, I agree with some others, that condiments aren't really needed on these burgers!

BAKER'S S'more Brownies
They were pretty good and very well liked at the neighbor cookout that I made them for. They were a little bit hard to cut for serving due to the gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate but they tasted amazing!
