Thanks to the last reviewer for the great suggestions. I followed the recipe pretty closely. The only changes I made involved using ready-made guacamole, using extra sour cream and less of the taco seasoning. (I find packaged seasonings too salty - personal preference.) I added about a half cup extra low fat sour cream. But then again, I can't imagine ever complaining that a recipe uses too much sour cream! I used previous suggestions and added chopped hot pickled jalapenos on top. Everyone gave it a big thumbs-up!

I thoroughly enjoyed these sweet potato sticks! I followed the recipe except for scaling it back for two potatoes and adding a bit of garlic powder. I will definitely make this one again and experiment further. The only change I would recommend, based on the previous reviewers' suggestions, is to expect to use multiple cookie sheets. I cut my potatoes into a steak fry size, and the cookie sheets could only reasonably hold about 1 1/2 potatoes. Great recipe for sweet potato lovers!

I liked that the recipe used yogurt to help cut fat and calories. The sauce was quite creamy. I made this as a veggie dip for a group of about a dozen people. I agree with the reviewer who found the recipe too salty. I had bought a small container of yogurt and didn't have leftovers with which to dilute the salty ranch packet. If you like salty foods, this recipe is more likely to suit your preferences. If you are not fond of salt, buy enough yogurt to dilute the seasoning packet.
