Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
My husband and I loved this recipe. After reading some reviews I omitted the flour. We're also not big fans of thyme so I used some dried dill instead. It came out great, I'm definitely adding this to my recipe files.

Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry
This was really good! I did make a few changes. I used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables instead of the fresh vegetables. I also added half a brick of extra firm tofu (about 7 oz) cut into cubes. Then I added about a tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Hearty Split Pea Soup
This recipe was AMAZING. I did it a little differently, I used hotdogs instead of ham because that's just how some jewish people do it since traditionally we don't eat ham. I also added a diced potato. Also, if you use boars head hot dogs and certain types of swanson chicken broth this recipe is gluten free. I had a friend over for dinner with a gluten allergy and she was able to eat this. I definitely will be making this again.
