Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

My family just loved this recipe.Was told that it's the perfect blend of spices even by my finicky daughter. I would like to add though that most of it can be prepped the night before saving a whole lot of time. I will be keeping this recipe as a staple for our family.

Meatball Sandwich

French Dip Sandwiches

Wow these are so good!I didn't have 10 hours so i brought everything to a boil in a dutch oven then covered and simmered for approx 5 hours and the meat was so tender and juicy.The seasonings are perfect for my family (but we do like it a tad salty).I topped ours with mozzarella cheese and placed under the broiler until just melted.Thank you for the wonderful recipe.It's a keeper!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This was oh so good.I doubled the recipe and still only had one piece left!I had to cook an extra 10 minutes because the middle wasn't done after 25 but that may be because i doubled it.Will make again only this time with shredded chicken to please all my meat lovers.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

The only thing i changed was using a bag of frozen mixed berries because my store didn't have fresh strawberries.Other then that i kept to the recipe and it was wonderful.If there is any left over use it on pancakes or waffles with some whipped cream...yummy!

Best Lemonade Ever

This is just simply delicious.I didn't change a thing.I used 8 lemons and soaked them as suggested by others.It didn't take 4 hours though.Thank you for the recipe,will make again and again.

Biscuit Baking Mix

Great biscuit mix.I even used it for dumplings and they turned out great.Also keeps well in the refrigerator.Easy to make and much less expensive then buying at the store.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

This was a huge hit with my family.I did have to double the egg and the flour mixture.This is the first time i made country fried steak and the coating didnt fall off.A keeper!

Cool Whipped Frosting

My daughter and i made this together for a flag cake.It was so easy and delicious.I dont like super sweet frosting and this was the perfect recipe for me.Will make again.
