Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy
I was happily surprised with this recipe. My family liked it too - even my husband who does not like ketchup ate it - and said it was good :) I served with egg noodles for dinner...but when I reheated it for lunch the next day I served it over rice, which was yummy!

Macaroni Tuna Casserole
I was suprised how well this turned out! I was looking for a way to add tuna to mac n cheese without having too much tuna flavor and this is it! I used cream of mushroom soup instead and added only a splash of milk, as suggested in another review. I didn't top with any cheddar (but I will next time!) I didn't top with parsley either, but I did use bread crumbs that I mixed with garlic salt and topped that with shredded parmesan cheese. It was a little salty - maybe from the garlic salt, but could've also been the canned soup? Still, a good meal - my 15 month old had thirds and my 6 year old ate all of his, even though he gave it two thumbs down! :)

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Yum, Yum, Yummy! I was planning on making Chicken Marsala when I received this recipe and wanted to try it! It turned out so good! The chicken was so tender and tasty...and the mushrooms were just SO GOOD, next time I am going to add even more mushrooms! My 6 year old son even liked the mushrooms! I loved the sauce to top it with too - I just wish I would've made more, next time I'll use more chicken broth. I did make some changes: First of all I pounded the chicken out, I also added garlic to the salt and pepper (as recommended by another review), I used wondra rather than regular flour (that's usually what I use for chicken marsala), I used Balsalic Vinaigrette rather than Balsalmic Vinegar - but I cut the amount in half as recommended by a lot of reviews and I think it would have tasted even better if I would've just used the whole amount! Also, I didn't have Bay Leaves or Thyme - so I just used an Italian Seasoning that I had. SO GOOD! I will make this again & again!
