I have a catering business with my mother - in - law. We bake cookies for people at Christmas time. I enjoy baking and trying new recipes out on my family. I bake a variety of cookies every year at Christmas and all of my co workers get a gift of cookies at our Christmas party. In our catering business we have to be able to cook for 100's and have it be tasty and served hot. We have had many compliments on our catered events over the years. We keep it fairly simple but delicious. I have had several. As I said, I enjoy trying new recipes out. Some are great, others not so great. That's how we learn and get better with age.
