Scottish Oat Scones
Excellent for breakfast! As per other users, I always add one grated apple to make more moist.

Ranger Cookies II
My picky kids love these cookies. Have made as is and it's great! Have also made with 1/2 choc chips added-great! And have also tried with the choc chips and eliminated the corn flakes which is also great, even a softer cookie! Thanks for your recipe!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
Really great! Scaled down recipe to 2 servings and felt it was actually still quite alot. Made 3 large and 6 small pancakes. Ranks among the best. I'll hang on to this recipe for sure! Thanks for sharing.
