MY NAME IS ANDREW COX, I STARTED COOKING WHEN I WAS ABOUT 13 YRS. OLD. I WENT IN THE ARMY IN 1993 AND ATTENDED THE US CULINARY INSTITUTE IN FT. LEE VIRGINIA WHERE I LEARNED HOW TO PREPARE MENUES FOR LARGE AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE ANYWHERE FROM 50-700. I GOT OUT IN 1996 AND CONTINUED COOKING AS A PASSION NOT THE FANCY STUFF JUST GOOD OLE DOWN HOME FOOD.
