Honey Carrot Cake
I followed the ingredients exactly (except the frosting) and it's awesome! I baked it in a sheet pan instead of 9x13 pan (it only took 18-20 minutes to bake).

Famous Pork Chops
Super easy & yummy! I used Club Crackers and there was plenty of flavor. I also cut the butter way back, and removed the cover for the last 15 minutes.

Broccoli Beef II
I already had rice cooking before I read the entire recipe - so we had ours over rice. Super yummy!
