BUSH'S® Best Black Bean Soup

Wow--this was so satisfyingly good, and it couldn't be easier, so this is going in my regular soup rotation! I wanted it as a meal, so I cubed two chicken breasts and cooked them with the salsa, seasonings, and chicken broth before adding the black bean mixture.

Creamy Cheesecake

I substituted Splenda for the sugar to keep this on the healthy, low-carb side. It turned out to be just as light and creamy, and my family said they preferred this over heavier cheesecakes.
