Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I made this for a couples game night and our guests couldn't believe this wasn't from a local BBQ restaurant. I used a Boston Butt Roast, poked holes in it and sprinkled it generously with seasoned tenderizer on all sides. I poured a 2 liter bottle of A&W Root Beer over the roast and cooked on low for 8 hours. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. The roast was so tender, I barely needed to shred it! I will be making this again!
