Chicken with Stuffing
I'll admit, I made some very small substitutions to make this a little more healthy - I used 99% fat-free cream of chicken soup, and I replaced both the margarine and water with fat-free chicken broth. But this is a super-easy recipe, and got many kudos from my family. And, even better, it takes so few ingredients, so it's very inexpensive.
