Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
plain awesome. i always hunt and search for the velveeta recipe as its only printed on the inside of the small box of velveeta.....this by FAR AND AWAY is better than that recipe. TY mouse!!! i did NOT put more noodles in...even though every fibre of my body told me to lol...and im glad i did because much of it was absorbed while it baked and the rest settled nicely for leftovers! thanks so much! ****DONT PUT MORE NOODLES!!***

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
really good...i used boneless skinless thighs....and baked em for about 25 mins or mb a bit more....really really tasty....i think next time ill cut back the butter a bit though....tad bit greasy....sooooo delish though! a keeper for sure!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
WOW. Ok i was definitely skeptical about this cooking method, .....but MAN! What a great way to cook a roast! It still stays nice and juicy and cooks ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! We were amazed. This is incredible....I'll definitely use this method again and will also recommend to my friends and family!
