About this Cook
I just love bieng in the kitchen, even if it is just to clean my kitchen. The kitchen is my sanctuary.
My favorite family cooking traditions
It is not Thanksgiving or Christmas with out Fried Rice, Lumpias, and Pancet. Yummm!
My cooking tragedies
I once made a cake that was beyond horrible. My cats wouldn't even touch it, and they eat dead rodents(sometimes). It was an applesauce cake recepie that I found in a "All Natural, All Organic" cook book about ten years ago. This one layer cake came out weighing about five pounds. It was just beyond disgusting.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
These were very good. The first time I made them I stuck to the recepie, and I liked them. The second time I changed it to better fit my family, and they were amazing. I always substitute part of the flour with oatmeal and oat and wheat bran, and it turned out amazing with this recepie.

Ground Beef Stroganoff
My husband and I both enjoyed this dish very much. The only reason I gave it a four out of five is because I think that it isn't creamy enough, my family likes things a little creamier. But this was very quik and simple. I enjoyed it greatly.
