I am a very upbeat person who loves to bake for her family.
My life changed when I became disabled 4 years ago due to illnesses.Since that time I have taken up baking. It is a wonderful therapy for me. I don't use box cake mixes,etc. since I found this site and because I got a Kitchen aid mixer on my birthday.
I have a wonderful husband/best friend of 23 years and he is the best thing that ever happen to me. We were blessed with 3 sons, 22,22 and 21. The are the greatest and I am so proud of them.

Easy Roasted Pork
Hands down this is a great tasting Roasted Pork. Delicious, Easy, juicy and super quick clean up.

Four Cheese Macaroni
WOW! This was the best Mac n Cheese I've every had and the family agrees. It was so creamy and turned out beautiful. I added a topping of 1 cup of golden bread crumbs and half stick of melted butter. Combine the two and crumble over the top. Yummy!

Yellow Pound Cake
A beautiful pound cake that would make Grandmother proud! I followed recipe as directed and it was beautiful. My Mother-in-law said it was better than her Mother made and she made the best!
