Penne and Vodka Sauce
Just a wonderful dish.My son is a chef and he thought it was great. My family is Italian and hard to please when it comes to Italian cooking everyone loved it.I did add 2 nice sized cloves of garlic and red pepper to taste and did not change a thing in the ingredients.

Balsamic Pea Salad
This is wonderful. I made it for a family gathering and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe for approx. 12 adults. I also used 16oz. of Feta because we all enjoy Feta it did not make the the salad over powering. I also used 3/4 cup of light mayo and 3/4 cup of reg. mayo and let it sit overnight.

Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Bok Choy
I really did not care for this. I love anything with balsamic vinegar. Vegetable was over cooked waiting for the water to evaporate. Not what I expected.
