My family really enjoyed this recipe. I would have never thought this were possible but it worked out perfect. I made the biscuits with bisquick instead of the refrigerated ones and filled them with a lemon cream filling, this would also be good filled with a lemon curd! This was easy, easy, easy! Thanks!!

Lemon Cream Puffs

The filling in these cream puffs were fabulous! I added a little lemon zest to give it that extra zing. I am not a big fan of the traditional cream puff pastry, I just don’t like that eggy taste, but my husband is and he said that they were good. I would not recommend cutting them before they cool because they just fell apart on me. I used the rest of the filling to fill doughnuts……O yum! For the filling I give this recipe a 5 star! Thanks!!

Broccoli Beef I

I'm not real happy with this one. This recipe lacked flavor, needed to at least double the soy sauce. My mother in law who won't normally eat Chinese food like it because it was much less salty than what you would find at a restaurant, so she thanks you for the recipe.

Zucchini Bread IV

Oh yum!!! This recipe is just the ticket for the perfect zucchini bread!!! I tried another recipe with more reviews first but it was not what I was looking for, but this one hit the spot!!! Make sure you bake for the full time sugested or it will cave on you, even if it looks done. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Pumpkin Pie Squares

Check please…… you are going to think you just finished your dissert at a fancy restaurant when you make these pumpkin squares! My husband is in love with this recipe as am I. Please don't make any changes when trying this for the first time, absolutely none are needed! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Chocolate Caramel Latte Syrup

Soooo good! The flavor is great, the caramel and chocolate are well balanced. Two tips…. You must stir constantly or it will boil over and I had to return it to the heat to completely melt the chocolate, otherwise it was perfect!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I used this recipe to frost a two layer round chocolate cake and it came out wonderful!!! I got many complements on the cake and frosting. I doubled all the ingredients in this recipe and took a short-cut on the whipped cream by using one small tub of cool whip in it's place..... make sure you are going to double it if you use a whole tub. I love this and will use it again. It was plenty thick to pipe with as well! Thank you!
