Simple Spinach Lasagna
This was a great recipe. My husband absolutely hates vegetables, and even he liked this. The texture was perfect, the flavors were good. I cut the spinach in half and did everything else the same. Yummy!

Spinach and Black Bean Pasta
I really liked this recipe. The only thing I did different was using a can of rotel, instead of the tomatoes. The recipe makes alot, so be ready for left overs!

Slow Cooker Lentils and Sausage
I had never tried Lentils before until I made this recipe. It turned out very good, and I used super spicy sausage to give it a kick. This recipe is so easy...just throw all your ingredients in the slow cooker before work and it's ready when you get home!
