We did not particularly like this recipe and I was quite disappointed because after reading the reviews I was expecting this one to knock our socks off! My family felt that after 3 days of marinating, it was just TOO much. It was very strong. If I were to make this again I would probably cut back on the vinegar and maybe the worcestershire sauce or just not marinate it for quite as long....but I doubt that I will make it again.

My family really loved this recipe. I was cooking for 5...so I actually tripled the sauce and just barely had enough for the rice. I thought that the mushrooms would be better sauted and I also added onions, which I thought gave it more flavor. I'm not sure why others thought that the sauce was not thick enough unless they used tomato sauce instead of paste, because I used paste and it was plenty thick enough. This is a recipe that we will definitely make again.

This was one of the better pork chop recipes I have tried in a while. The entire family rated it a 5.... I made it with FF mushroom soup so that we wouldn't feel so guilty about putting the gravy on top of mashed potatoes, which is a definite must with this recipe!
