I am a mom of 3 kids (Twin boys & a girl) I have been a rest. manager for 20+ years. I love to try new things. I sew a lot mostly clothes and costumes and love to spend time with my children, at home. I plan to travel a lot in the future. I have recently had a Gastric by-pass surgery so can not enjoy my food that I love to cook so dearly! I am learning to eat differently, healthy, and a whole lot less! But this will be one skinny cook that you will be able to trust! Italian dishes and anything that makes people say WOW. I am an excellent baker and am great at troubleshooting problems. I have made some great birthday cakes and hope to make some soon worthy of Ace of Cakes or Cake challenge. I am going to attempt a huge gingerbread cake this year! too many to list! Ha ha ha. I can laugh about them now!
