Chantal's New York Cheesecake
All I can say is, YUM. This has great texture and flavor. I did add 2T butter and 1/4 cup sugar to the crust. The suggestion to leave it in the oven to cool is key to prevent cracking.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I used pork loin. I would wait to add the BBQ sauce ( I used a homemade version and it watered down too much, in the crockpot).. Very moist, and great for sandwiches.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup
Yum! I was very impressed with the outcome, of this recipe. It smelled so good and tasted even better. Next time I will more diligently crumble the beef, and simmer a little longer. I used beef stock (vs.water) and a couple of cubes, also a little extra vinegar.
