Zucchini Brownies
Outstanding brownies. Family runs a farm and harvested zucchini. Needed recipes for them. This one surprized me. Very good. Stays moist.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
My new favorite cookie. I've been trying to find the perfect cookie for years and have been using a recipe that called for pudding in it. I thought that the recipe I was using was the best until I used this one. This cookie taste a lot better than the dough that you get in the stores. The recipe calls for a little extra vanilla extract, which makes it great. However, instead of butter, I used margarine. Butter is good for a lot of things, but over the years I've found that margarine works best for most cookie recipes. And,just for fun, I used some M&M mini baking bits in half the ricipe and the kids loved it. Do like I do and make several batches up of cookie dough and store it in the freezer for later or for giving. You can take them straight from the freezer to the oven.

Tennessee Rubdown
I make this rub every time I smoke pork. Puts a great bark on the outside. Also excellent on steak if you like a Montreal flavor.
