Made this tonight for our 39th wedding anniversary as my husband just had an operation yesterday and we couldn't go out. It was absolutely fantastic. Excellent flavour and very tender. Will definitely make again.

Maple Dill Carrots

Have made these twice this week. The first time I cooked the carrots on the stove and today I used the microwave. Both came out delicious. I will trying making them with maple syrup next time. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

My husband said "Delicious". Made 6 thighs and the two of us ate them all. I removed the skin and because they were not boneless baked them for 45 minutes at 375. I then broiled for 5 minute and almost burned them. Tasted wonderful. Will definitely make again and again

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Wonderful recipe! My only change was I used half of the chili powder and half of the cayenne pepper. Still plenty of spice for us. Lots of leftovers as there are only two of us. Froze the rest for another 3 dinners. Will definitely make again.

Chocolate Muck Muck Cake

Fantastic!!!!! I made half the recipe and cooked up 4 muffin cups. Still lots left over for tomorrow. Hopefully it will still be ok. There are only 2 of us and two each was our limit. We had it with ice cream. Will definitely make again for friends

Maple Salmon

I made this tonight for dinner and my husband said it was excellent! I didn't change a thing. It is a very easy recipe with ingredients I always have in the house. Will definitely be making again.
