my first time making a tenderloin, this was a great dish for a small dinner party and all loved it. Only had time to marinate a few hours, overnight is probably even better!

I really thought from the reviews these would be the type of cookie I was craving, a warm slightly flat chewy soft on the inside chocolate chips melted all gooey cookie but they really weren't. They were way too cake like (though soft) and poofy and definitely not the chewy chocolate cookie recipes I am searching for. maybe take out the baking powder??

I really liked this recipe, it was my first taking baking bread and everyone really liked it. I did add regular cooking oats and small chopped apples to the swirl mix which I think helped it to be a bit moister. Overall great, and you must try it with cream cheese.
