Edamame Dip (Edamole)

I liked it but the directions about spiciness was kind of vague. I did not add any hot sauce and then added twice the edamame and it was still too spicy for a lot of people.

Mint Chocolate Fudge

Everyone loves this recipe. Last time my 8-yr old made it almost entirely by himself. We like to used different colored "chocolate" for the middle layer instead of food coloring.

Fresh Berry Coffeecake
