Milk Tart
This turned out perfect. I learned from other reviews about sticking to the pan, so I coated it with nonstick spray first, and it didn't stick one bit. Not one problem with it, my South African husband LOVED it.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
This one got such rave reviews from everyone at Thanksgiving that now I have to make it for Christmas!! It was easy to make and SOOOOO good! I usually don't like sweet potatoes. I only make them for everyone else, but this was WONDERFUL!! I can't wait to make it again!!

Bar Harbor Cranberry Pie
So Yummy, we ate it right out of the pan!! It looks great and was super easy to make. I'll definitely make this one again!
