I am a stay at home mom of 2. I like quick and easy stuff because it seems like everyone is starving at the same time and wants it now. I love baking just about anything. I prefer to bake over cooking, but we gotta eat. :) My husband is from Puerto Rico so I try to include my family's traditions as well has his family traditions so our children can enjoy the best of both worlds. I have had some good ones. I have had numerous over the years.
